Practice Management

Lindy Bartlett

Lindy has worked at the Stonedean Practice since 1998. She joined as a Receptionist, moving on to become a Medical Administration Assistant then Healthcare Assistant before becoming Practice Manager in 2009.

She has a diploma in healthcare management.

Lindy oversees all admininstrative and reception staff.


Jen Maynard

Jen joined the practice in September 2009. She is now the Practice's Senior Administrator who deals with various roles including accounts and insurance reports.


Tracey Kilkenny

Tracey started in June 2016 and is a Medical Administration Assistant covering reception.

Lisa Harrand

Lisa works as a Medical Administration Assistant covering reception. Lisa joined us in April 2019.

Elliott Champion

Elliott started with us as a receptionist in September 2019.

Any member of staff covering reception provides an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs, nurses and HCAs. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.


Amanda Goodship

Amanda joined in June 2014. Amanda works as a Medical Administration Assistant covering reception and is Practice Secretary who specialises in referrals. She also updates the website.
